Conditions:
Installation is made by a LICENSED tradesman.Failure derives from a fault in the quality of the product.Proof of purchase should be provided when making a claim.The product should be installed properly.All cabinets are engineered for Moisture Proof. Wipe any water residue after use.This warranty does not cover scratching, normal wear and tear and deliver on mirrors as these are not manufacturing faults.To fullest extent under the law, Aurora is not liable for damage to any person or property and any indirect consequence or other loss. Aurora liability does not include the cost of installation or removal of any product and no warranty will be supplied if damage occurs during or after INSTALLATION or a damaged or incorrect part has been installed. The warranty does not cover the issue by improper installation; accident; misuse; abuse; negligence; installation or part installation by the purchaser or any person other than a LICENCED tradesman; excessive wear and tear; improper care and maintenance; excessive heat damage or harsh detergents or other cleaners used on products; chemical, electrochemical or electrical influences and natural causes. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using Aurora services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Aurora services or products.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Aurora products and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the Terms. You agree to use the Aurora products and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others, violate regulations, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Aurora products and services. Aurora's failure to enforce any of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any of Aurora's rights. Limitation of Liability:
Aurora, including its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Aurora products and services.
To the fullest extent under the law, Aurora is not liable for damage to any person or property and any indirect consequence or other loss, Aurora liability does not include the cost of installation or removal of any product, and no warranty will be supplied if damage occurs during or after INSTALLATION or a damaged or incorrect part has been installed. In case of dispute, Aurora reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
